Warranty Term & Quality Commitment

The Company offers a warranty of twelve months or 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first) for all exported machinery. During the warranty period, for any defective part resulting from material or workmanship under normal operation, the Company reserves the right to repair or replace such part free of charge at its discretion.
Determination of Liability

The Company reserves the right to determine whether a defect falls within the scope of this warranty. Damages caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, storage, transportation, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear are not covered under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Non-Covered Items

This warranty excludes normal wear items and fragile parts needing regular replacement due to operating conditions, including filters, belts, wiring, bulbs, fuses, glass, seals, hoses, and plastic components. These exclusions follow industry standards and reflect life variability across environments, which the Company cannot guarantee.
Warranty Void

This warranty is void if the client, employees, agents, or end-users modify or alter the products without the Company's prior written consent. Unauthorized changes include structural modifications, electrical alterations, non-genuine parts, or uncertified repairs. The Company bears no liability for resulting issues, and all costs shall be borne by the client.
